We recommend preforming a patch test prior to use and discontinue immediately if irritation occurs. Scoops & Co. is not liable for allergic reactions or sensitivities . The Jewelry and accessories  in the adult scoops (Indulge, All -In, Teacher, Faith Based, & Bookish)  are not designed for children unless explicitly noted. Some items may include small components that pose a choking hazard and should be worn and handled responsibly. Decorative items and accessories are intended for decorative purpose only. They are not toys and should be used according to provided  instructions. Adult supervision is advised when used around children.

The Kids Mystery Scoops and Kids Mystery Bags may contain a variety of surprise items, including toys, fidgets, coloring items, stationery, and other novelty products. Not all items are suitable for every age. Check the recommended age on each product and its packaging before giving it to a child. Chocking Hazard: Some Items contain small parts and are not suitable for children under the age of three years old. Adult supervision is recommended when children open or use ours Kids Mystery Scoops  or Kids Mystery bags, especially when small items, toys, fidgets, or accessories are included. Inspect all items before giving them to a child. Throw away any damaged or broken items immediately .

 Scoops & Co. is not responsible for injuries, misuse, or accidents caused by products purchased through our Bookish Scoops, All in Scoops, Indulge Scoops, Teacher Scoops, Faith Based Scoops, Mystery Bags, Kids Mystery Scoops, Kids Mystery Bags, and our Pen Mystery boxes.
